Pamela S. Roth Attorney


     Pamela S. Roth of the Law Offices of Pamela S. Roth, Esq. P.C. has been helping the innocent victims of accidents recover compensation for their personal, physical, and psychological injuries for over 20 years. Pamela has also been defending people charged with criminal offenses in both state and federal courts throughout the State of New York from DWI cases to murder cases. She has handled high profile cases that have been in the newspapers and has been interviewed by many television reporters. Most recently, on Channel 7 WABC TV news and Channel 4 WNBC TV news with the serious cases of female visitors at Rikers Island being sexually assaulted by female Correction Officers. In addition, she represents victims of police misconduct, excessive force and violations of their civil rights.

     Pamela has an M.B.A. from Adelphi University and worked as a stockbroker before deciding to attend law school. Upon graduation from Pace University School of Law, Pamela became an Assistant District Attorney in the Kings County District Attorney’s Office. Thereafter, she became licensed to practice law in Colorado, where she worked in private practice before returning to her roots in New York. She began her practice as a solo practitioner on Court Street in Brooklyn, New York.
She was previously Vice President of the Brooklyn Women’s Bar Association. She is currently an Associate with since June 2014. Pamela has been selected for inclusion in Metro New York Super Lawyer® 2017 in Civil Rights. She strives to obtain results that will give the clients justice and financial recovery. Pamela is the voice for the victims of injustice.

By 20 years old, Pamela S. Roth
had graduated with an undergraduate degree.
Combining her tenacity and drive with her desire
to help others, going into the field of law was a natural fit.
With more than 25 years in the field, Ms. Roth is dedicated
to helping clients in criminal defense, civil rights and
personal injury. On a daily basis, she oversees client
intake and relations, prepares for trials and court,
devises plea bargains and files civil and criminal motions.

She attends court appearances, litigates, drafts pleas and
negotiates settlements in personal injury cases. Her clients are in good hands when
Ms. Roth is on their case, ensuring clients are aware of their risks, while protecting their rights at a minimal cost.
